UNIT_

delivering brand, communication and technology platforms to build deep change and lasting legacies in knowledge based organisations who want to do things better.

With over 25 years experience running companies sized from start ups to global networks, UNIT was founded as the antidote to what is wrong with how our industry services clients.

Regardless of the business opportunity facing their clients, most agencies will impose a solution based on the resource they have to sell, and not what the client needs.

Quite simply, they are not structured in a way that enables lean, flexible, relevant solutions to whatever project they undertake.

From the outset UNIT builds a core team around each opportunity; expertise specific to the needs of the project. As each project evolves and our collective thinking evolves with it, we are free to engage resource as we see fit. We are able to access talent from the entire industry, not limited to those within one company.

Deep knowledge and experience not found in small agencies whilst not being constrained by holding heavy payroll and fixed assets.

Decentralized and deconstructed; it’s high speed, low drag.

Repsonding originally to an RFP from global law firm Reed Smith in 2015, a like minded team of experts was put together from strategic, creative, design, tech and operational disciplines to pitch against the US incumbent, Saatchi & Saatchi along with 6 others. Successful, we then helped them define their unique purpose within a crowded market and are still working with the client team today to educate internally, and deliver externally a full 360 degree roll out.

UNIT has grown quickly, and UNIT leads are now based in New York, London and Frankfurt.

We have embedded full time staff in client offices in the US and UK. On site, on hand first responders to help them manage transformation on a day to day basis.

We’ve helped launch tech firms in SF, VC funds in UK and are working with NHS researchers to develop products aimed at helping Alzheimers and dementia sufferers.
